Browser and device data. We collect information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system and version, browser type and version, screen resolution, device manufacturer and device model, the language version of the Site you are visiting, plug-ins, add-ons, and referring web pages,
Usage data. Blockchain data. We may also collect personal data from activity that is available or visible on blockchains. This may include blockchain addresses and information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may then be associated with other data you have provided to us.

We also use various tracking technologies, including cookies and pixel tags, to collect data about your use of and access to the Site. You may remove or reject cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser, and opt-out of certain features on the Site as well as the Site"s automatic collection of certain data. These tracking technology opt-out tools are device and browser specific, so you must opt-out through each of your devices and browsers. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the functionality of the Site.
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., on our Site. Google Analytics uses cookies or other tracking technologies to help us analyze how users interact with and use the Site, compile reports on the Site"s activity, and provide other services related to Site activity and usage. In addition, you agree to receive recurring text messages, including marketing text messages, which may be from or on behalf of us at the phone number you provided at opt-in. Your consent to receive such text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission by your mobile service provider and any policies or terms established by your mobile service provider.

e. Exercising Your California Privacy Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a request by contacting us using the information. You may exercise any of the rights described in this section by:
Verification of Requests. Any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and residency verification process (“Verifiable Consumer Request“) as permitted by the CCPA. You must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative of that person. We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information that enables us to reasonably verify that you are the consumer about whom we collected the personal information on. In order to verify you, you must provide us with your first and last name and email address. These rights are also subject to various exclusions and exceptions under applicable laws. Submitting a request does not require you to create an account with us. We will use the personal information you provide in a request only to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days after receipt of a Verifiable Consumer Request for a period covering twelve (12) months and for no more than twice in a twelve-month period. We reserve the right to extend the response time by an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary and provided consumer notification of the extension is made within the first forty-five (45) days.
Making a Request through an Authorized Agent. You may also designate an authorized agent, in writing or through a power of attorney, to request to exercise the above rights on your behalf. If you designate an authorized agent to exercise your various rights under the CCPA, we may require that you provide your authorized agent with written permission to exercise your rights and to verify your identity with us. If your authorized agent does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to submit verified requests, we reserve the right to deny the request and we will explain to your authorized agent why we have denied their request.
Household Data. We do not collect personal information at the household level. If we receive a privacy rights request submitted by all members of a household, we will individually respond to each request. We will not be able to comply with any request by a member of a household under the age of 13, as we do not collect personal information from any person under the age of 13.
Direct Marketing by Third Parties. We disclose some personal information to third parties for their own purposes, and you may opt-out of any disclosures of non-identifiable personal information.
