All auctions will run for 24 hours, with a 15 minute reset timer for bids placed within the last 15 minutes.

An NFT is a unique digital asset with a proven scarcity and point of origin.

All Originals can be traced back to Logan Paul, and contain data points to verify the authenticity and nature of each Original moment.

Intricacies within Originals also function better as a collection utilizing blockchain technology and smart contracts — rarity traits, perks/utilities, community DAO, etc.

Winners of an Original NFT can redeem the physical 1/1 version of the polaroid upon the close of the first 1-99.

This is done by:

1. Submitting a one-off redemption request natively on the Originals.com website.

2. Being included in a bulk distribution of physical Originals after all Originals have been sold.

Original winners will complete a form to input their physical address, email and preferred method of contact.

Tracking will be provided upon shipping using the suggested method of contact.

Upon redemption, the system will note which Originals have been “redeemed” for their physical counterpart.

The general breakdown for Original NFT sales is as follows:

•49% to LP

•50% allocated to Community Treasury

•deal-based splits for featured collaborators (taken off the top before LP & Community Treasury take splits)

•1% royalties allocated to holders of Logan Paul’s Pokemon NFTs

All proceeds not allocated to featured Collaborators, Logan Paul, or royalty holders are retained by the Originals DAO.

(Both Logan Paul & Community Treasury each retain 3.5% of royalties from Secondary Market sales)

A DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization with a shared bank account and cap table.

Each Original entitles the owner a membership seat in the DAO, used to make collaborative decisions on how to spend funds held in the Community Treasury. 1 Original = 1 Vote on proposals.

DAO membership will also offer members access to exclusive chats, events and opportunities.

To place a bid you need to connect your Wallet. You will only be able to place a bid if you have enough ETH in your wallet + ETH to cover gas fees.

Your bid has to be 10% more than the current bid amount. Once you place a successful bid, your ETH will be held in escrow until you are outbid.

Any bids within the last 15 minutes will reset the countdown timer to 15 minutes.

The Community Treasury is the Original DAO's shared bank account.

50% of profits (less deals with featured collaborators) will be routed directly to the Community Treasury.

It is the address which holds funds earned by the DAO from the sale of Originals, and the hub for all payments and funding distributions voted on by Original NFT owners.
